After incorporating the software created by Proposable, Dixon discussed the immediate improvements in the overall efficacy of the company's sales proposals, citing an increase in closing rate approaching 30 percent.

Describing the impact on efficiency stemming from the use of the Proposable software in creating proposals for prospective clients, Dixon exclaimed that the software implementation has made Keywest Technology's rate of efficiency go "through the roof." Dixon also estimated that the company is at least two to three times more efficient than it was before it began using the software.
"The software saves me time since I can create a template, customize the first and last paragraph, and then the rest is boilerplate," said Dixon. "In most cases, the price changes and the client info changes; if it's all custom, we still start with the template and then modify accordingly."
Dixon also offered high praise for the customer service provided by Proposable, saying, "Proposable is extremely responsive and willing to put up with me. When I want something, I really, really want it and they make it happen. It is priced way too low for all of the features it has."
