Created from an ABS plastic material, parts as small as .010 can be manufactured in a time period ranging from 15 minutes to 6 hours. These parts can be buffed, painted, or metal-ized if aesthetics are important. Work is also underway to use this technology to create limited use functional mold tooling which would provide clients with the ability to significantly reduce their development costs and lead-times without sacrificing quality or reliability.
