Brodie Van Wagenen born on March 9th, 1974 is an American sports executive former agent. Prior to accepting the post of GM for Mets last year, Van worked at CAA (Creative Artists Agency) and also served at co-head at CAA sports for the baseball division. Van attended Crespi Carmelite High School in Encino and grew up in Southern California. He received scholarship to Stanford University where he became the starting right fielder for the Stanford Cardinal Baseball team in the year 1993 and 1994. Van holds a bachelor's degree in Communication. Van is married to Molly, a fellow graduate and former athlete at Stanford University. Van and Molly have three children.
