After Jessica met Nancy Lin DeGregori in the fall of 2013, the two joined forces to create LavHa. It all began when they met, and Nancy had been making stone bracelets for a local yoga shop as a hobby, while Jessica utilized essential oils in her daily life. An idea was born to do a crafts fair together. From there they decided to combine the stone bracelets and essential oils. Following some experimentation, the pair discovered the highly absorbent lava stones – which diffused the oils beautifully. Since then, plenty of customers have found uses for lava in their own creations, with many taking advantage of them as both a healing stone and a diffusing stone.
