Shenzhen, Guangdong -- (SBWIRE) -- 09/14/2016 -- For better movie converting and backup experience, Leawo officially upgraded its all-inclusive media player – Prof. Media to V.7.6.0.0. The new version gets extra H.265/H.264 video converter and Blu-ray ISO converter. Meanwhile, other improvements were also made, including: optimized screenshot taker, fixed audio and subtitle missing error, UI improvement and Dutch version, etc.

Leawo Prof. Media is an all-inclusive media converter program that provides multiple solutions upon Blu-ray, DVD, HD video, audio, ISO file and photo conversions. Previously, this total media converter could be used as free HD video converter, DVD burner, DVD ripper, Blu-ray creator, Blu-ray converter, DVD copy, Blu-ray copy, photo slideshow maker, photo slideshow to DVD/Blu-ray burner, and online video downloader. With this upgrade, Leawo Prof. Media adds H.265/h.264 video converter and Blu-ray ISO converter.

Leawo Prof. Media used to output videos with H.264/H.265 video codec for high quality compression, while inputting H.264 and H.265 video is not supported. With prior technology adopted, from the V.7.6.0.0, people could use Leawo Prof. Media to convert video with H.264 or H.265 video codec to diverse ends, like common video, HD video, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.

As to the newly added Blu-ray ISO converter, actually it includes both Blu-ray ISO and DVD ISO file input. Leawo Prof. Media could convert ISO file to video and extract audio off ISO file. However, to convert Blu-ray/DVD ISO file to video, people had to extract files from ISO files and then convert to video. This upgrade makes things different. It now offers 1-click operation to load ISO file directly and then convert ISO file to video. The ISO file extraction work has been omitted, making it more convenient.

These 2 points are not the only ones in this upgrade. In the built-in Copy module, which allows people to copy and backup Blu-ray/DVD movies, the conversion order of loaded titles now could be manually changed under "Custom Mode". Previously, all titles are to be copied in original order. And according to customer feedback, occasionally subtitles and audio tracks would get lost upon BD50 to BD25 backup. This error has been fixed as well.

Meanwhile, the screenshot taker has been optimized as well. The built-in media player allows people to play back loaded media files like DVD, Blu-ray, video and audio files, and preview any editing change. The attached screenshot taker camera enables people to take screenshots during media playback. This upgrade improved the screenshot taker so as to display editing effect.

Not only in the functions, Leawo tech team also upgrades Prof. Media in program UI design and bottom layer for faster decoding, better disc reading and playback. As a multi-lingual media converter suite, Leawo added Dutch UI to the program UI language store.
