Shenzhen, Guangdong -- (SBWIRE) -- 05/22/2018 -- Leawo Software just released Prof. Media V7.9.0.0, a new version of its all-around multimedia processing toolkit. Several modules have received major updates. BD copy module can now copy the whole Blu-ray disc from BD50 to BD25 and save the 3D effect when performing BD50-BD50 copy. BD Ripper module can now keep all the chapter information in the original Blu-ray disc when converting Blu-ray movies to MP4 and MKV. Video burning speed is greatly improved. The update also got a few bugs fixed to help make the program more stable during use.

The Blu-ray Copy module got two big updates in this new version. The first update is the support for keeping the 3D effects when doing BD50-BD50 Blu-ray disc copy. Now users can use the Blu-ray Copy module to perform lossless BD50-BD50 copy without compromising the 3D effect in the original disc. Another big update is that when copying BD50 disc to BD25, it can copy all the content in the BD50 disc to BD25. As Blu-ray collectors might know, the capacity of BD50 is twice as big as BD25, so when users are trying to perform BD50 to BD25 copy, they might have to choose to leave some content out. But now with this new update, users can keep all the media content after the BD50 to BD25 copy process.

The Blu-ray Ripper module also got updated. This module is one of the biggest selling points of this media processing toolkit as it converts all kinds of Blu-ray movies to ordinary videos, which allows users to play the video with different video players and on different mobile handsets. And now it can save the chapter information in the original Blu-ray movie when users are converting the movie to MP4 and MKV videos.

With optimization for the disc burning speed, now it's much faster to burn discs with Prof. Media. Also the stability of the program is improved. There are several bugs in the old version that used to occur occasionally when users are trying to import Blu-ray/DVD disc content or burn media content. Now with these minor bugs gone, the program is more stable and reliable.

Improvements can also be found in the Video Downloader module. Now it supports downloading video from more video sharing websites. The built-in web browser in the old version was outdated to some extent and would fail to play videos on certain websites. And in the latest version, the web browser got updated and can now allow users to view videos before downloading.
