Lehigh Valley Dog Attack Victim Hires Thomas J. Newell, Esq

Perkasie, PA -- (SBWIRE) -- 09/03/2014 -- Lehigh Valley dog bite lawyer, Thomas J. Newell provided a free home consultation to a 72 year-old resident of Bethlehem, PA. The gentleman informed Attorney Newell that on 8/7/14, he had been helping a friend fix his car in the 600 block of Ontario Street in Bethlehem. A young boy, about 8 or 9 years old, was walking an adult pit bull with a leash and collar.

According to the Lehigh Valley dog bite victim, the pit bull broke free from the little boy, pursued and then attacked the elderly man. He was immediately rushed to St. Luke’s Hospital. Medical Records Chart Number x384 identified multiple dog bite wounds to his right forearm and left hand. After cleaning the dog attack wounds, they gave him a tetanus shot and antibiotics. Attorney Newell observed a large dog bite wound to his inner forearm which was swollen and clearly infected.

Attorney Newell will be contacting the Northampton County Dog Warden, Kathy Andrews, to ensure that a full investigation occurs. Injured in a PA dog attack? Call Attorney Newell today at 800-980-4842 to set up your free HOME consultation.
