Manchester, UK -- (SBWIRE) -- 12/22/2015 -- Manchester-based wedding and events photographer Shane Webber will take on competition from across the region at the upcoming 2016 Great Northern Wedding Awards.
The 25-year-old entrepreneur set up Shane Webber Photography (http://www.shanewebber.com) last year after deciding to focus on the wedding market in the North West and is thrilled to have his work recognized so soon after establishing the business.
He said: "I'm really excited to have been shortlisted for the Great Northern Wedding Awards next year, especially having only been working in the area for a year or so.
"I did my degree in Manchester and was really excited to move back to set up my business, and this award nomination is great reward for the hard work I have put in.
"2015 has been a brilliant year for me and I am looking forward to a busy 2016 with weddings booked in across the North West and the UK."
Shane is one of just 19 photographers in the region to feature as a Fearless Photographer – a directory of the world's best wedding photographers, and is a recommended wedding supplier at a number of venues across Manchester and Cheshire.
"I am really pleased with how well everything is going and how quickly I have been able to expand my business in the past 12 months," added Shane.
"As well as shooting weddings I have added a brand new photo booth to my services, making it even easier for clients to arrange their big days. I am also working on a number of corporate events, which is brilliant too."
