San Diego, CA -- (SBWIRE) -- 07/29/2015 -- Imaginations 2: Relaxation Stories and Guided Imagery by Carolyn Clarke, San Diego area children's yoga instructor and author, was named the winner of the Children's Nonfiction San Diego Book Award this year. Clarke's book is a collection of stories that harnesses children's vivid imaginations to calm their bodies and focus their minds.

Imaginations 2 is the second book in Clarke's Imaginations series. The first book, Imaginations: Fun Relaxation Stories and Meditations for Kids, also earned a San Book Award and is currently being translated into multiple languages.

Clarke is the founder of Bambino Yoga, a company dedicated to providing children's yoga throughout San Diego County. Since 2002, she has taught yoga and relaxation to kids, including Girl Scout troops, sports teams, classrooms, and entire schools. She also trains adults on how to teach yoga and relaxation to kids.
