Ms. Cooper will be serving as an assistant to Holly Powell, the owner of Soaring Away.
"My business has really taken off with customers, and I needed someone with experience and customer service skills to come in and help. I found the perfect person when I found Jennifer," said Powell.
The position is newly created. Powell and Cooper will not have much time to establish roles and duties but jumping right in and getting started is the plan. Cooper comes from a solid background in social media and networking with over 20 years of experience. She is excited to get started and work with Powell.
"I have extensive experience in customer service. In this field, good customer service is the difference between a customer you can have for years and losing three or four because word gets around. My goal is to make new customers happy and established customers happier," said Cooper.
Cooper has been married for 22 years. She has a daughter, Nikki, a rising sophomore at Western Carolina and a son, Adam, a rising senior at South Brunswick High School. Her husband retired from the military in 2010. She enjoys photography, travel, NASCAR and any level of football in her spare time. She finds networking and linking small business owners with potential clients rewarding and is looking forward to turning this hobby into her career.
