Macnetized Publishes New Reviews of MacKeeper and CleanMyMac 2 for Mac Users

Macnetized has published new reviews of new products that offer drive cleanup services for Macs, allowing individuals to make informed decisions on the best drive cleaner to use.

Lindau, Bavaria -- (SBWIRE) -- 11/18/2015 -- Macs are used by designers and those in the creative industries because they respond better to power users' demands on processors and graphics cards, running at lower temperatures and offering a more seamless and intuitive experience. However, over time these computers still get cluttered and slowed down, and individuals want to know how to improve their performance. Disk cleanup tools can work, but many are suspicious of inviting malware onto their drive. Macnetized is helping people solve this problem by publishing new independent reviews of the two biggest providers of Mac cleanup tools, MacKeeper and CleanMyMac.

The MacKeeper review begins with a top line summary of the key bullet points contained within the full review, so those who don't have time can quickly establish that it is not malware, has a pretty useful anti-theft feature, and has a free 15 day trial. The full review then fully analyses how the product works and how well it succeeds in meeting its aims.

The CleanMyMac review has a similar format, but the conclusion is somewhat different, with a glowing recommendation and a clear expression of preference from the Macnetized editorial team thanks to its cheaper price, intuitive interface and easy to use options and settings.

A spokesperson for Macnetized explained, "We are pleased to be able to offer these two reviews published simultaneously so as to provide an easy cross-comparison between the brands, their respective features and unique selling points, and allow people to come to an informed consumer decision about which product can best assist in the cleanup of their hard-drive. We have expressed a strong preference for CleanMyMac, but the specific features of MacKeeper, like its anti-theft device, may make it more worthwhile for certain users. Both products are available now, and we welcome comments from users about their experiences."
