Spatina, on the other hand, is situated in West Hollywood and features a classic Italian menu with a few modern twists thrown in. Their simplistic offerings are dotted by creative pairings such as fried egg with prime aged sirloin or pencil asparagus pasta coupled with fava bean, mint pesto, and pecorino.
