Overseen by Philip Cohen, Mansfield Equities arranged the initial land loan to acquire the site for potential redevelopment and construction of a new commercial property. Mansfield Equities have secured the 7.5 million dollars on behalf of a private client, who for the moment remains unnamed. The site was once home to Luth Research and a number of vacant office spaces in 2011, but will now be redeveloped into an exciting 21st century development that is sure to rejuvenate the local economy after the downturn.
