The East London Boutique is turned into the must visit London fashion store for women who want to look like a million dollars at an affordable price.
London, UK -- (SBWIRE) -- 03/09/2015 -- Channel 4 and Mary Portas Secret Shopper head down to South East London this week to visit a struggling clothes boutique called Diosa. The results from the retail expert have helped the fashion Boutique turn their fortunes around.
The hit Channel 4 show contacted the owner of the struggling clothes boutique situated on the High Street, Penge, South East London and asked if she would like an expert hand to transform her business. Gemma, who is the owner of Diosa, jumped at the chance to have such a well-known retail expert look at her business and take it in the right direction.
Boutique Owner Gemma said: "I have to be honest and admit that I would never have thought about asking Channel 4 and Mary Portas for their help. However, when I got the call and was asked if I would like to take part in the show, I jumped at the chance."
Mary Portas, who is known for her no-nonsense approach to achieving real results, used undercover footage to find out where Gemma and her Diosa Boutique were going wrong. With the footage and Mary Portas expertise, the Boutique received a complete makeover including the business name.
The South East London Boutique that sells urban fashion to young women who want the fashion of tomorrow, today, has now changed its name from Diosa to Girl Like Me. The new name comes with a new image including a brand new website (www.girllikeme.london).
Heaven Girl owner Gemma said: "I could never imagine in a million years the difference Mary Portas has made to my business. With our high-quality stock, which makes a young woman look trendy, and our new image, we have become the Boutique that all young women want to visit."
The new Boutique sells a whole range of fashion products to make young women look like they deserve to be walking on the red carpet to a film Premier or London Fashion week. From stunning jewellery, clothing, to accessories, young women have everything in one place to look like a million dollars for a price they can afford.
For young women who would like to see the transformation for themselves, can visit the store at 80, High Street, Penge, London, and receive a warm welcome from Gemma.
