Matthew Tresham, London personal trainer, has launched his brand new fitness blog to accompany his personal training business.
London, UK -- (SBWIRE) -- 03/14/2014 -- Leading personal trainer Matthew Tresham has today launched his brand new fitness blog, which he aims to become a useful resource for London based fitness fans.
The blog, authored exclusively by the London based marathon runner, personal trainer and triathlete, aims to provide useful information and motivation on training tips, nutrition, exercise programmes, and much more.
Although in it’s infancy the blog will be exclusively written by Matthew Tresham himself, he intents to open up his platform to other bloggers in the fitness and sports niche in the future. Matt said:
“I am a firm believer in community, which is why I intend to open up my new blog to a range of leaders in the fitness industry, inviting them to write unique, high quality articles to help others.”
Matthew intends to write for the blog alone for the first few months of his new found writing career, establishing a voice and image for the blog, before opening it up to other contributors.
“The blog will initially help support my personal training business, and create a name for Matthew Tresham London Personal Trainer. I will soon be setting up an exclusive members’ section for my clients to view and share exclusive training resources such as diet plans, workout regimes and more.”
“My clients will also soon be able to log their progress under my instruction using the Matthew Tresham Training App, an app designed to help people log their fitness gains and help them reach their goals.”
Matthew plans to allow clients access to this data on a new web interface through his website.
