South Hykeham, Lincoln -- (SBWIRE) -- 09/21/2017 -- McLaren have recently spoken out stating that they will not consider loaning out their rising junior star Lando Norris to any of their rival Formula 1 outfits despite previously suggesting that he is already quick enough for grand prix racing.
Executive director of McLaren Zak Brown has said that Norris will not be in the frame for any F1 drive in 2018 and that instead he could make an appearance in F2. This is not by any means because they don't think that Norris is fast enough, it is because that they don't want to rush him and want to ensure that he has enough experience before hitting the F1 tracks.
