Corning, CA -- (SBWIRE) -- 04/09/2014 -- MDBarnmaster, the leading provider of modular equestrian barns, was recently selected to build the horse stables at a large new international equestrian center in the southeastern United States. Construction of four state-of-the-art MDBarnmaster barns began at the new Tryon International Equestrian Center in Tryon, NC, in March.
MDBarnmaster is building four Raised Center Aisle barns with cross breezeway aisles at the new Tryon center. The barn designs feature back-to-back stalls with tack rooms in every barn. Overall, the four barns will include 496 chew-proof, kick-proof stalls, making it incredibly well suited for a boarding facility or an equine event center. The Tryon barns are modeled on similar barns recently installed at the Palm Beach International Equestrian Center in Wellington, Florida, which is owned and operated by the Tryon developer. Like our MDBarnmaster products, the new Tryon barns will be nearly fireproof as well.
The new Tryon International Equestrian Center, when complete, will host a variety of large riding events that other facilities currently located in the area can’t accommodate. The new development will draw new and different target audiences from the equine world. The high-caliber barns from MDBarnmaster will go far in helping the Tryon International Equestrian Center reach this goal.
“We are extremely excited to be part of this spectacular facility. The fact that the principle owner of the Tryon facility reordered MDBarnmaster barns after we installed them in Wellington confirms that our state-of-the-art modular barns are perfectly suited to large, world class equestrian facilities that understand and value our product’s integrity, safety and ease of maintenance,” says MDBarnmaster CEO Bruce Thomas.
Tryon International Equestrian Center is part of a planned 1,000-acre development known as White Oak Plantation in Green Creek Township in Tryon, NC. When finished, the development will include homes, shopping, recreation and other features in addition to the equestrian center.
