MK Management Group Encourages Tenants to Embrace Upcoming Philly Events

Philadelphia, PA -- (SBWIRE) -- 11/16/2017 -- Instead of practicing a "shelter in place" tactic in preparation of the upcoming winter weather, MK Management Group, one of the top property management companies in Philadelphia, is encouraging their tenants and everyone to experience all the great upcoming events in the city.

There is always plenty to visit or see in the City of Brotherly Love throughout the year and the upcoming weeks are no exception. Just because the temperatures are starting to get cold doesn't mean the list of things to do in Philly get smaller.

The fun kicks off in just a few weeks when the Blue Cross RiverRink Winterfest officially opens up on Nov. 24. The Olympic-size skating rink remains open until the first week of March. On top of the ice skating, the Blue Cross RiverRink Winterfest provides a beautiful view of the Delaware River and the Ben Franklin Bridge, fire pits, a game room and a lodge for refreshments.

That same day, the Christmas Light Show at Macy's begins and runs throughout December. Located in the historic Wanamaker Building in Center City, Macy's puts together a light show that consists of over 100,000 LED lights backed by the Wanamaker Grand Organ. Dating back to 1956, the Christmas Light Show at Macy's is one of the oldest Christmas traditions in the city.

Just like any time of the year, Philadelphians can expect to see some of their favorite artists touring in town. Artists like Bob Dylan, Macklemore, Cheap Trick, and the Front Bottoms can all be found stopping by the City of Brotherly Love.
