Last year, their policy came to an end due to a nearly worldwide ban on the shipping of lithium ion batteries, which came into effect due to the rise of low-quality, flammable batteries.
Mugen was the first company to resume shipment, beginning again in November 2013 after filing all necessary safety documents.
