YMC-Triart BIO C4 is based on a hybrid-silica particle which is stable at elevated temperatures. Access to the use of elevated temperature enables the elution of some mAbs, such as Bevacizumab, which remain adsorbed on-column at and below 50°C.
YMC-Triart BIO C4 has a pore size of 300Å, making it ideal for use with large molecule analysis. For high efficiency in reversed-phase mode, Triart BIO C4 is available in 5 µm, 3 µm, and even 1.9 µm for UHPLC.
YMC-Triart BIO C4 was developed specifically for HPLC and UHPLC separations of intact antibodies and other large proteins. This hybrid-silica based butyl phase is especially effective when used for intact antibody analysis at high temperatures and is ideal for high-sensitivity analysis using mass spec-friendly mobile phases.
