New Release Finds Unique Way to Tell the Christmas Story

Enumclaw, WA -- (SBWIRE) -- 10/09/2017 -- A veteran of children's ministries has found a new way to share the age-old Christmas story. With the publication of the picture book Daniel Mouse at the Stable: A Christmas Story (Redemption Press 2017), Libbie Randels engages the imagination of ages three to ten. As children experience the birth of Jesus as seen through the eyes of Daniel Mouse, they learn about curiosity, courage, and the miracle of Christmas. Illustrations are done by Lindsey Bell who was eleven years old when she sketched the first Daniel Mouse picture.

Randels says, "Whether a child is being read to, or reading the story themselves, they will see that it doesn't matter how small you are, you can still be a part of something big and can share what you have experienced with others."
