New Title Continues Heartwarming Saga of Hope

Enumclaw, WA -- (SBWIRE) -- 08/21/2017 -- A troubled young runaway struggling to make his way is left with the abandoned infant daughter of another runaway. His journey to find a home for the baby, and a place where he can feel at home himself, showcases the possibilities that exist when the God of all hope becomes involved in lives.

Judith Lafler's Hope Everlasting (Redemption Press 2017) is the story of Miah, a teenage boy who lost his parents at ten years of age and became a foster child. After bad experiences in foster homes, he tries to make it on his own in another state. When another runaway, the mother of an infant daughter, disappears, leaving the baby with him, Miah has no way to care for the baby. Leaving her on the doorsteps of a home for girls, he fights guilt and hopelessness before finding his way to a place where he can feel at home and have a secure future.

This third book by Judith Lafler, began with Lost and Found (Nov. 2016), and Amazing Grace (May 2017), and continues telling the story of the boy who left the baby on the steps of the home for girls in Amazing Grace. Lafler, who worked for over thirty years with the federal government, dreamed of writing a novel. She says, "I was inspired to write this book after seeing a picture of a dirt path leading through fields of green, accompanied by the words of Jeremiah 29:11: 'For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord...thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.'" She writes for those looking for encouragement during rough times. "God is with you and there is always hope, so you can rely on the amazing power of faith, hope, and love in all situations."
