Chicago, IL -- (SBWIRE) -- 03/22/2013 -- Cellulite is the body fat responsible for those lumps and bumps particularly in the thighs and buttocks. Getting rid of it is hard to do, but it can be done.
Tony Schwab found the secrets to banishing that fat in the book “The Cellulite Factor” by Dr. Charles Livingston. Mr. Schwab takes a detailed look at the cellulite factor book and provides links to order the book on http://cellulitefactorsystem.org .
“I found this book to be incredibly helpful and well written in simple and easy to understand language. Dr. Livingston has done his research and presented his findings so everyone can benefit,” Mr. Schwab said.
Exercise is part of the program, but it has to be the right exercise. Simple card workouts can do some, but not enough to make a real and lasting difference. Dr. Livingston’s program details key exercises to firm and strengthen the muscles underneath the cellulite which in turn smoothes the surface of the skin.
“That’s really what you’re after, smoother skin,” Mr. Schwab said.
Along with the exercise comes a change in the way a person eats. Certain foods promote cellulite buildup and others work to reduce it.
“Dr. Charles discusses a number of foods that will either help you reduce cellulite or help add more cellulite, so that you know exactly what to eat as you go about your day. Many of these foods may come as a big surprise to you, so get prepared to make some important changes to your diet,” Mr. Schwab said.
Cellulite is also caused by certain toxins in a diet.
“Dr. Charles will lay out the exact protocol to follow for the detox process as well as the recommended supplements you should use to make it even more effective. You’ll learn about important supplements to take to boost your thyroid function, promote better overall health, improve the rate of fat burning taking place in the body, as well as help get and keep your hormones in proper balance,” Mr. Schwab said. “Most people don’t understand just how important good hormonal levels are to removing cellulite from the body, so this is information that you can’t afford to miss.”
Mr. Schwab is a health and fitness trainer and is certified through the ISSA. He is also a certified nutritionist with the ISSA.
“I know what it takes to get person in shape and stay that way. I tell you that my experience with Dr. Charles’ book has changed the way I do some things. The information he present is a health and fitness gold mine that everyone can benefit from,” he said.
As he pursues as a career as a personal fitness trainer, he continually refers back to the book.
“Currently, I am pursing a bachelor's degree in both Exercise Science and Finance from North Central College. I work as a personal trainer at my local fitness club and started an online personal training business. My main area of interest is fat loss and the effort to tackle the growing obesity epidemic in, through lifestyle changes, exercise, nutrition, hormonal, and environmental influences on weight loss and gain,” he said. “Almost every day I find something in Dr. Charles’ book that applies to what I am doing and learning in college and in my work with others. It’s just that helpful.”
