According to the complaint filed in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California the plaintiff alleges on behalf of purchasers of Omnicell, Inc. (NASDAQ:OMCL) common shares between May 2, 2014 and March 2, 2015, that the defendants violated Federal Securities Laws.
