Paris, France -- (SBWIRE) -- 11/04/2014 -- Imagine a society ruled exclusively by beauty. A world where people live for hundreds of years and yet, a world where the body, or at least certain parts of it, continue to age as they normally would. It would be a grotesque and funny world and one that will be explored extensively in the new short film project Botox Fiction by director Yoann K Hendrix, who has launched an Indiegogo campaign to raise production money for its completion.
The story can be funny or prove a horror piece depending on one's point of view. The actors are cast, the script has been written, a composer has been found and a special effects make-up artist will be on hand to make these characters a caricature of themselves. Caricature artist Anthony Geoffrey has agreed to offer some of his art as a donor perk to help the project raise funds for production.
Angel investors helping fund the Botox Fiction Project campaign to the next level will be eligible for perks such as thank yous, access to the Botox Fiction blog, digital copies of the movie, mp3's of the music, 4 high quality digital character caricatures, art book by Anthony Geoffrey, DVD box set of film, name in credits, plaster face cast of actors, and even donor photos used in a film scene, plus more.
Yoann K Hendrix and the Botox Fiction film team understand not everyone may be able to give money to help the Botox Fiction Film Project, so they ask that those who cannot give monetarily help by spreading the word about the Botox Fiction Film Project online through social media such as Facebook, Twitter and Tumblr or record a video challenge for Vine, Facebook or Instagram to invite friends to give to or share this Indiegogo fundraiser. Include #BotoxFictionFilm in all posts.
