Who is Peter O Halloran?
Peter O Halloran is the owner of PPT Fitness and nutrition,qualified personal trainer, nutritionist, online coach, social media fitness influencer and health and fitness columnist.
After becoming a personal trainer Peter took a particular interest in nutrition. He completed many courses in nutrition taking his education to the next level earning a BSc in food science and health.
Peter started coaching online in mid-2017 and by 2018 had won two awards for his amazing life changing results and testimonials from clients.
He won the Irish fitness industry awards 2018 as Irelands best fitness nutritionist and then only 3 days later won the Irish social media awards 2018 for best use of social media by a personal trainer because of his online content and currently holds these titles to date.
Using his exceptional nutritional knowledge and his love of food he has designed a breakfast recipe book with easy to make recipes that you can make for the whole family and all low calorie.
