Philadelphia Insectarium and Butterfly Pavilion Hosts Butterfly Yoga Classes Every Sunday

 

Philadelphia, PA -- (SBWIRE) -- 02/23/2018 -- Philadelphia Insectarium and Butterfly Pavilion (IBP) is pleased to announce that they will be hosting butterfly yoga classes every Sunday for an indefinite period of time. From 9:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m., men and women are free to join their team in Philadelphia's newest science museum for a guided yoga class at just $10 per person. All participants need to do is grab a mat, a friend, and they're all set.

Along with offering yoga classes, Philadelphia Insectarium and Butterfly Pavilion (IBP) is proud to showcase one of the largest tropical butterfly pavilions in the county. The 7000 ft2 rainforest is home to over 2000 exotic butterflies and is a balmy ~75 degrees even on the coldest and rainiest days in Philadelphia! In addition to the huge butterfly pavilion, the museum has one of the most diverse living arthropod collections in the United States. With over 80 tanks of critters that staff can take out and hold with visitors, the museum offers a unique interactive experience for children and adults alike. *And don't worry teachers, all exhibits are aligned to Next Generation Standards!

From walk-ins, to campers, to group members, all are welcome to visit the museum and see everything that the Philadelphia Insectarium and Butterfly Pavilion (IBP) has to offer. IBP also hosts public and private events, from public holiday events to private birthday parties.
