Evans, GA -- (SBWIRE) -- 03/21/2014 -- On March 5th, Prudential Beazley Real Estate took the initiative of holding an in-depth seminar for its agents. Agents learned about the changes coming to the Georgia State contracts in 2014 and how it will affect their business and their customers. Howell Haunson of Morris/Hardwick/Schneider was the gracious instructor.
Haunson’s presentation provided agents with thorough knowledge that will later be used to better serve their customers and the city of Augusta, Georgia.
Howell Haunson has been practicing real estate law since 1984. He joined HMS in 1996 and currently serves as Vice President of Land Castle Title and Director of Education. Additionally, Haunson is an Adjunct Professor of Law at John Marshall Law School and a member of the State Bar of Georgia. He is actively involved in presenting lectures such as the one presented to Prudential Beazley Real Estate and was recognized as Instructor of the Year for both the Metro South Association of REALTORS® in 2007 and the Georgia Association of REALTORS® in 2008. There is no one better qualified to present essential real estate information and knowledge than Haunson. Prudential Beazley Real Estate is blessed to receive his insight and expertise and thanks him for his work.
