A gentle-body-moving way to meditate, without a need to sit in a rigid position, and still receiving all the proven health benefits of practicing meditation, and not only that, also.. allowing one, to go beyond the mind chatter, and connect with the Divine source energy, to facilitate goals manifestations, attract the desired benefits and results
THIS EASY-MOVING MEDITATION, is effective and powerful, and will allow anybody to Relax, Take the Mind Off Worries, Process and Release Stuck & Negative Unhealthy Emotions. For those of you who have tried meditation and found it difficult or even impossible to practice it, this gentle-dancing meditation may be just right for you.
