Snellville, GA -- (SBWIRE) -- 10/22/2019 -- Nashville rapper known as Black Diamond or Iamtheblackdiamond on Instagram, was identified as the passenger during a shooting captured on Instagram live with local Nashville rap artist Trainko.
The video instantly went viral as viewers were devastated by the gunfire heard in the video and seeing Trainko being snatched from his vehicle while his daughter was in the car. His daughter, Maddison Johnson, was unharmed in the incident as well as the passenger.
Since then the 20-year-old Dyquan Anthony Collins, better known as 'Trainko', finds himself in a Nashville jail once again. The local music artist, is no stranger to the criminal justice system. He was recently arrested and charged with two violations of his probation, in addition to being served with a warrant for unlawful dissemination of photography – after he broadcast a sex-video of him and his former girlfriend without her knowledge.
At the time of the arrest, Collins was free on a $10,000 bond after being arrested for assault, when he allegedly assaulted his ex-girlfriend when she asked him to take down a video of them having sex, which he posted to his Instagram account. He says he acted in self-defense. The new charge is for actually posting the sex-tape to Instagram, legally that's called "unlawful dissemination of photos (TCA 39.13.605.2), and it's a felony in Tennessee.
The warrant states
On March 6th 2019, the defendant posted a video to his personally-owned Instagram account's "story" of the defendant and the victim engaged the in sexual intercourse. The victim reported that the video was taken without her knowledge three weeks prior to the dissemination. Further, the video was shared on a public social media forum without the victim's consent."
When Trainko (Collins) was arrested on the connected assault charge three weeks before the arrest, he was attacked and beaten in jail, and had to be rescued from someone's grip by correctional officers. According to jail records, he is currently held in the general population, at a minimum security level.
Dyquan Anthony Collins (aka Trainko), 20, is currently held in lieu of an $60,000 bond, charged with unlawful dissemination of photography, and 2 probation violations. The probation violations are from arrests previously covered, including a contributing to the delinquency of a minor charge, and also using $6,000 of fake money to buy gift cards.
