Creditcall Extends International Reach Winning Parking Payment Processing Contract for Cyprus Airports

Hermes Airports have chosen CreditCall to enable its parking systems at Larnaka and Pafos International Airports in Cyprus to accept credit and debit card payments, giving travellers more choice in how to settle their airport parking.

Bristol, England -- (SBWIRE) -- 07/12/2011 -- With over 120 global destinations serviced by more than 80 airlines, the two airports combined are expected to handle over 7.2 million passengers in 2011, offering over 1,000 parking spaces.

In the past travellers were able to pay for parking only in cash. In order to provide customers with a choice of payment method, Hermes Airports approached CreditCall to enrich its existing payment solution by adding credit and debit card payment functionality. This will be especially welcomed by international travellers who may not be carrying Euros in cash.

Ken Hassard, Executive Manager, Marketing and Commercial of Hermes Airports said that “with card payments becoming one of the most common payment methods, we wanted to ensure that our customers have an option. Based on its expertise we have chosen CreditCall as our partners and we expect them to offer an outstanding service ensuring that our customers’ card information will always be in safe hands.”
