New Building Technology to Aid India's Housing Needs

Delhi, India -- (SBWIRE) -- 08/08/2011 -- New building technology created by International Steel Structures(ISS) to aid India's housing needs. This technology will enhance the speed of a completed housing unit made of a steel structure, which will be more effective and efficient than the traditional construction model.Global Housing Alliance(GHA), a USA based company, has the duty to introduce this cutting edge and innovative technology to the country of India.

"The ISS building technology may be the best mobile building system ever designed!", exclaimed Cedric D. Griffin, managing member of GHA. "With this technology, we can help reduce the gap in housing needs by affording the Indian government, developers, and contractors to build all types of structures, with the focus on housing units. We are providing a product with structural integrity in an efficient way, but the beauty of it is, with the ISS technology, a family can have a live in structure within a few short days of onset of production, with the life of the unit to outlast many generations to come," stated Griffin.

Bob Koger, founder and chief architect of ISS stated, "With ISS building technology and joining the efforts with the pride of India , the housing landscape in India will be changed in a few short years. Imagine, technology that can build multiple structures in hours versus months!", exclaimed Koger.

"Homes, schools, apartments, shopping centers, hospitals, and motels are now achievable with this technology," added Mark Smith, managing member of ISS. "More importantly, these building structures are engineered to withstand elements of mother nature such as earthquakes, typhoons, as well as the crushing of structures that takes the lives of its inhabitants. Speed in building may be vital, but it is the safety aspects that are key to the security and well being of all the people of India," Smith said.

GHA proclaimed that developers and contractors in India will be excited to partake in this building technology because the ability to produce a unit with structural integrity, where production costs are effective and efficient, and where volume can be produced far greater than traditional labor intensive construction.

"We will be offering licensing agreements of the ISS building technology to targeted developers, that we have identified as having the ability and track record to maximize the success of the project for years to come for the good of India," Griffin stated. "A franchising type foundation will be used and initially we will license 15 regions in India to be the showcase to the world, of this innovative creation by ISS."

The 15 regions announced by GHA are Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Ahmadabad, Kanpur, Surat, Jaipur, Lucknow, Patna, Dhanbad, and Indore.

Bobby Wilkes of Wilkes Consulting Group stated, "I have watched with great admiration for over twenty years, Bob Koger work with conviction and diligence to perfect this building technology, to share with the world for the enhancement of humanity. His resume as a world-renowned architect speaks for itself. This technology will be a world changer!"

The time has come and ISS is ready to share with the world this building technology, and India has been chosen as the showcase country.
