The waterfront property sold for $3,135,000, making it the highest sale in Barrington this year to date and the fifth highest on record. Realtors Kathleen Greenman and Michelle Kirby of Gustave White Sotheby’s were the listing agents.
The main residence at “White Cliffs” was built in 1918, with separate garages and a guest house added subsequently. The 3.4 acre grounds included manicured gardens, arbor, fountain, terraces, and sweeping lawns to the water. Paul A.
