Helotes, TX -- (SBWIRE) -- 12/06/2011 -- Dave Howell will be assuming the new role of chief resources officer at Clover Properties in an effort to create the Road Map and execute the marketing strategies that will see this company grow over the next 5-year business plan.

Dave has senior level sales and marketing experience in global positioning, national wholesaling, and regional financial services. He has consulted for health adminstrators, regional grocers, medical supply and device companies, medical practices, and production builders. He has used his organziation development, change management and leadership skills to grow the revenue stream and manage to EBITDA goals in order to deliver wealth to owners and shareholders alike.

Mr. Howell joins Clover Properties from his last assignment in Austin, Texas where he was instrumental in developing a business and marketing plan to increase brand, and optimize human captial, driving efficiencies and the bottom line.

Dave's real estate experieince has been in land acquisition and develoment, as well as, residential building across Texas. He was responsible for developing a quality system, increasing asset turn by over $25 million per year. In addition, his property management included commercial and retail across the globe.
