Tampa, FL -- (SBWIRE) -- 02/14/2012 -- On January 30, 2012 the law firm of TIMOTHY ANDERSON, PA celebrated its 22nd year of being located in The Anderson Building at 213 S. Brevard Ave., Tampa, Florida. Built in 1907 in Tampa’s historic Hyde Park district, the 3,000 sf, 2-story structure was originally constructed as a classic southern mansion. In 1990, it was acquired by Attorney Timothy Anderson who converted it to office space to house his law firm.
Most of the building’s architectural elements, like its oak floors, working fireplaces, and 12’ ceilings have been preserved or restored to their original condition to maintain the charm and character of early 20th century Tampa. Today, it combines modern technology with old-world charm to create a comfortable atmosphere for the staff and clients alike.
