Accommodation rates for meeting delegates start from $495, which include a choice of three of the

following:

- One coffee refreshment break

- $50 Spa credit per person

- A 30-minute personal training session or one-on-one Yoga session per attendee

- Welcome cocktail in Salon de Ning, Gotham Lounge or Bar at Fives

- One round-trip airport transfer per group

- One complimentary room for every 40 paying rooms

- 5% credit on the master bill for the overall meeting package.

- Zero attrition up to 30 days prior to the group's arrival

Requirements:

- A minimum of 10 guestrooms per day
