REMAX Rocks Times Property Expo With Real Estate Franchise Options

RE/MAX offered real estate buying, selling and renting options to customers and franchise deals to property agents at the Times Property Show, held recently at the Grand Bhagwati, Ahmedabad.

Ahmedabad, Gujarat -- (SBWIRE) -- 03/04/2012 -- RE/MAX participated in the Times Property Show, held on 27th & 28th Jan 2012 at The Grand Bhagwati Hotel, Ahmedabad. It was one of the most targeted real estate events held in India, and attracted around 3000 footfalls. There were around 15 real estate companies participating in the show, including Bakeri, Magnanimous Infrastructure Pvt Ltd., Greenland, Applewoods, Godrej Group, Safal, Pacifica, Adani Group to name a few.

The event was all about selling properties such as residential, penthouses, commercial properties, offices, showrooms and even farm houses to customers. To attract customers, the property developers and companies came up with several offers such as 100% loan, discounted price on instant booking, etc. However no company other than RE/MAX had on offer resale and ready to possess properties in the commercial & residential space.

For the first time RE/MAX Gujarat participated in a Times property show. RE/MAX is a real estate franchise company in the property brokerage business; it offers franchise business for sale. It also helps people in buying (fresh or resale) and renting commercial and residential properties.

The key takeaway from the Expo was that India, as an emerging economy is being looked at as a favourable destination to enter. Compared to other countries India has been less hit by the slowdown and has a burgeoning market for consumers which will attract investors from other sectors to enter India. One of the key requirements for any entrant will be real estate. Thus in the long run property prices will appreciate and the investor in real estate stands to gain.

RE/MAX is also looking for people who are interested in a new business opportunity in the form of joining the network as new business franchise in real estate or as a property franchise agent. Companies in the show offered all kinds of real estate services to customers. RE/MAX got more than 1000 inquiries for buying, selling or renting properties. The vast amount of property leads generated indicate that there is more demand of buying properties then selling or renting. The show seemed to be extremely successful by the count of numbers of visitors attending over the span of just two days.
