Hillsborough, NJ -- (SBWIRE) -- 02/29/2012 -- The SDG Group, an innovation training firm, is proud to offer its Building Innovative Thinking Skills Workshop to companies focused developing competencies in innovation.

Where the disconnect comes is when companies explain innovation in ways that exclude people from that process. We want people to understand the process, and leverage it."

The Building Innovative Thinking Skills (BITS) Workshop is a half-day workshop for up to 15 people that focuses on the application of a single tool for innovative thinking. The SDG Group uses the half-day-one-tool approach to increase retention and allow time for in-workshop application.
