Reporting to Eric Gaury, Director of China Operations, Xiaodan will manage relationships with partners in the region to increase the profile of the benefits of simulation, and build market share for Lanner's flagship simulation software, WITNESS.

Xiaodan joins Lanner from Softdatabase China Co, where he was a senior consultant responsible for helping to launch companies in China. Prior to this position, his experience spans a number of roles focused on the enterprise software market. Xiaodan holds a masters degree in International Trade, as well as a BA degree in Information Management and Information Systems.

In his new role at Lanner, Xiaodan will build upon existing successes in the region, which include a major project at Xugong, China's largest manufacturer of construction machinery, where WITNESS was responsible for underpinning the biggest and most successful simulation project undertaken in China to date.
