DealerApp helps customers connect with the dealership in several ways. Those looking for a new car can browse the full vehicle inventory and save favorites for later use. Messages, coupons, and specials can be found on the postboard and Salazar Kia’s Facebook and Twitter feeds will be visible to all users. The app also features a “toolkit,” which contains useful tools such as one-touch service scheduling, calling for roadside assistance, local gas prices, parking assistant with a GPS locator and meter timer, and a flashlight.
The “My Garage” section of the app also allows Kia owners to keep information about their vehicle readily on hand. Photos of the vehicle can be added, along with things such as VIN, year, make, model, license plate, oil type, tire size, initial mileage, insurance information, and more. The service history is also available for each vehicle in “My Garage” to easily see pending service appointments, add them to the calendar, and mark them completed when finished.
