The 2012 Ford Escape Hybrid, the first SUV to offer hybrid technology, earns 34 MPG city and 31 MPG highway, while the 2012 Explorer will return an EPA-estimated 28 highway MPG for its drivers. Truck lovers can also take advantage of Ford’s commitment to fuel economy, with both the 2012 Super Duty and 2011 Ranger earning best-in-class fuel economy. The 2012 Ford F-150 has not been left out either; it earns an EPA-fuel economy rating of 23 MPG highway.
