Consumer Reports gives the 2012 Honda CR-V higher marks than its competitor.

Consumer Reports credits the larger CR-V’s large back seat, easy access and ample cargo space for giving it the edge over its competitor. The CR-V is even the lower priced vehicle, costing nearly $700 less than the CX-5.
