The item in question is a Breech Flag used as a safety feature in the Rifle Shooting arena so Judges and Competitors have a visual aid as to the status of the firearm with regard to whether it has live ammo in the breech.

LOCOG could only supply a sample product of what they required but we managed to manufacture tooling and supply the finished products in time for the trial events being conducted at the Royal Artillery Barracks Olympic Venue, Woolwich.
