Noble Manhattan Launches Canada Operations

 

Weymouth, Dorset -- (SBWIRE) -- 07/31/2009 -- Noble Manhattan the leaders in life coaching and mind shift therapy have launched their operations in Canada on July 4, 2009. A full fledged office was opened in the town of Windsor in Southern Ontario. Speaking on the launch of the new office, Mr. Gerard O’Donovan the founder and C.E.O. said that Canada offers a unique opportunity to launch specialized programmes in coach training and personal development. He also announced Allan Wilson as Noble Manhattan's new licensed distributor in Canada. Allan will be responsible for making the Noble’s coaching programmes popular across different parts of Canada and North America and also managing the operations. The first “Introduction to Coaching” seminar was formally launched to a full house, marking the start of operations. Many questions from aspiring coaches were answered by Mr. O’Donovan who is a leading figure in the field of Executive Coaching and life development.

The Canada office will be staffed by experienced coaches, having many years of experience. Coaches from Noble Manhattan’s UK office will be frequently visiting the new center to share knowledge on the latest programmes. New Executive coaching programmes will also be developed out of the Canadian office. All the coaches who have joined Noble Manhattan’s operations in Canada are trained as per the company’s training programme for coaches. Mr. O’Donovan has taken personal interest to ensure that all the coaches who operate out of Canada adhere to the highest standards of coaching practices. The first batches of students have already started with their coaching sessions which are being delivered by experienced coaches from UK as well as Canadian coaches.

After the launch in Windsor, Introduction events and Training will be held in different parts of Canada on a monthly basis. The schedule of these trainings will be published in advance. Soon after the launch of operations, there has been a flood of queries from many aspiring coaches across the country. Mr. O’Donovan expressed confidence that executive coaching and life development programmes will have a new definition for the Canadian people. Noble Manhattan as one of the leading coaching organizations continuously researches on developing new programmes which benefit thousands of people across the globe. Investment will be made for improving infrastructure, coach training and in developing high quality coaching programmes. It will help to establish the Noble Manhattan brand in Canada.

Before launching the Canadian operations, a fair amount of research been done to find out the kind of coaching requirements that are most suitable in the country. The programmes being launched are aligned to these requirements but adhering to the high standards of Noble Manhattan. Feedback from coaches and students will also be taken into consideration while launching new programmes. Certified coaches will be extended all support to launch their independent coaching business. Mr. O’Donovan said that helping coaches start with their own coaching business is one of Noble Manhattan’s milestones.

About Gerard O’Donovan
After 9 years in the Royal Marines, Gerard started his business career in financial services. He founded and developed his own company which became the largest privately owned life assurance organisation in the UK.

He found himself working around the clock and ultimately realised that things had to change. After searching through many self improvement disciplines, Gerard found that life coaching worked for him. It was the “hub that held the rest of the disciplines together”.

In 1992 Gerard, from Bantry, County Cork, who has a Masters degree in Psychology, went on to found Noble Manhattan which to date has trained over 5,700 coaches. He has become an acclaimed international, public speaker, trainer and personal developer.
