Jeff Baker Joins Pinnacle Affirmative Action Services as VP of Sales and Business Development

 

New Orleans, LA -- (SBWIRE) -- 08/24/2009 -- Pinnacle Affirmative Action Services, L.L.C., a leading provider of affirmative action planning solutions, is pleased to announce that Jeff Baker has joined the firm as Vice President of Sales and Business Development.

Jeff Baker, new VP of Sales & Business Development for Pinnacle Affirmative Action Services, L.L.C., applies more than 15 years of experience in the Affirmative Action/EEO, technology, and recruitment industries to help clients develop a proactive affirmative action process. Through Mr. Baker’s knowledge of the OFCCP, he provides strategic consulting focused on assuring that clients are in compliance with the agency's regulations.

Prior to joining Pinnacle, Mr. Baker was the Director of Business Development with HRworks in Atlanta, a nationwide recruitment consulting firm specializing in the OFCCP’s internet applicant ruling. Previous to HRworks, Jeff was the Director of Sales for Optimum Affirmative Action Services, which was acquired in 2001.

Mr. Baker received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Indiana University, with a major in Telecommunications and a minor in Graphic Design. Jeff is an active leader in the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM). A member for the past 14 years, he has held a number of roles within the executive committee of SHRM-Atlanta. He is also a leader with the Atlanta Industry Liaison Group and Co-Chaired the 2009 National Industry Liaison Conference, which was hosted in Atlanta at the end of July.
