Since 2007, 123ContactForm added new improvements to its service every month. Using an online wizard, users can design contact forms, surveys and any type of web forms. Paypal order forms can be used by people who already own a Paypal account and want to sell services or goods but don't have a specialized online store. A contact form with Paypal integration can display the final price and redirect the buyer to the Paypal page.

123ContactForm is a free service that requires only a user account. Those who need more than a basic email form and advanced features are required to upgrade to Premium or Platinum service plan.
