Fitting for the laid-back coastal beach town, Café del Sol’s menu features the freshest seafood available and was created to excite the palates, melding Caribbean fusion cuisine with Mexican influences. Lead by experienced Chef, Madelyn Campusano, some of the restaurant’s signature dishes include Lobster Burrito, Paella, Goat Stew, Lobster strips sautéed in a flour tortilla in Chipotle sauce and the Ceviche Café del Sol which is a delicious blend of sea bass in orange, chinola and mango.
Café del Sol also features live music every Saturdays ranging from local tropical bands, smooth jazz, international groups as well as disk jockeys.
