Gurgaon, Haryana -- (SBWIRE) -- 04/08/2010 -- SANDRA BULLOCK is not commenting on the status of her relationship with Jesse James, but she wants to clear up one thing for her fans and all the people who want to know the truth.

Sandra Bullock said "There is no sex tape," the Oscar-winning actress said in a statement to a magazine today, "There never has been one and there never will be one."

Bullock was apparently responding to an online channel that her separated husband, who allegedly cheated on her with at least four other women, has made more than a dozen sex tapes and he can only do such cheapo thing not me.

Today Sandra came out after a longtime to give her statement to all the people, statement marks Bullock's first public remarks since reports of James scandal with n number of girls. Bullock actually wanted to clear that there is sex tape.

Meanwhile, James is struggling to get back into her good graces as there many girls he was involved with.

"When all is said and done, he wants the same people who were living in his house before all this happened to still be living there," his attorney, Joe Yanny, said in a statement Monday. "And he wants to save his marriage with the woman he loves more than anything in his life."

Lawyer of Jesse gave a statement almost after a week his publicist announced the motorcycle mogul had checked himself into a healing facility.

According to two online channels, Jesse James checked into the Sierra Tuscon facility in Arizona on March 26. It specializes in drug, alcohol and sex addiction, as well as other disorders.

But James "is doing as well as he can be," Yanny told People. "He's focusing on what he's doing and trying to make himself better." , but its not going to work now for Bullock as she is such an innocent and lovely lady and does not deserve what Jesse did.

Sierra Tuscon might have special meaning for James it's the same facility that Bullock reportedly used while she prepared to shoot the 2000 movie "28 Days," in which she plays a hard drinker forced into rehab.

However, James has no known history of drug or alcohol abuse, it's possible that he can be now compared with Tiger Woods who is also in the category of teaching his wife. Tiger is working hard to save his family upon his career.
