Acumen Education Group held a press conference on 4th May, 2010 to discuss its vision & career prospects pertaining to the Aviation & Hospitality Industry. This was attended by 20-25 journalists & press reporters of some of the leading newspapers.

Mr. Achal Arya, Director, Acumen gave a very thought provoking presentation on why he thinks this Industry is in its booming stage & is definitely here to stay. “Major reasons for the comeback and spurt in the demand can be attributed to events like the Commonwealth Games 2010 happening in Delhi, Opening of the Delhi International airport, increase in demand for airline travel” as quoted by Mr. Achal. He also spoke about the details regarding the diploma course in Aviation, Hospitality & Travel being offered at ACUMEN & how Acumen has a competitive edge to excel in this field vis-a-vis other institutions.
The session concluded with a round of Q & A with questions around the course fee, placements of students, background of students, industry tie ups & affiliations etc. The event was highly successful, with the whole media really appreciating the efforts of the institute in providing world class aviation training.
