BNT Talbros Group is working in three sectors: 1. Manufacturing of Axle Shafts; 2. Manufacturing of Cork-Rubber materials and components & 3. Servicing of Volvo Buses, operating in Northern India.
Manufacturer of Axle Shafts:
Talbros Engineering Limited is the part of The BNT Talbros Group and started its operations in the year 1980 & in the beginning we were manufacturing 3,000 axle shafts per day and crossed the level of 1 million shafts annually in 2008.
All manufacturing facilities of forging, heat treatment, CNC turning, spline cutting, and induction hardening are performed under one roof and 90% of all axle shafts made by Talbros are used by Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) or Tier 1 suppliers. We can complete new product within 4-6 weeks & no tooling cost to the customer.
Manufacturing of Cork-Rubber materials and components:
Cork Product Division of The BNT Talbros Group has started in 1981 & certified with SO/TS 16949 certification, RoHS Compliance Certification and the DIN 3535-5 DVGW Certification. A large portion of production is being exported to the America’s, Australia, Europe, South-East Asia, Middle East and African markets. At present Talbros is manufacturing cork and cork rubber gaskets for Engines, Transmissions, Transformers, Gas Meters as well as other areas.
Servicing of Volvo Buses, operating in Northern India:
BNT Motors is providing a service to Volvo buses operating around the National Capital Region of Delhi & Lucknow & this division of The BNT Talbros Group is set uped in 2007.
We design & manufacture the products and provide services not only for domestic demands but for America’s, Australia, Europe, South-East Asia, Middle East and African markets.
